The Number 12 Looks Like Your Mother

In my typical obsessive-compulsive fashion I have spent the better part of the past 48 hours watching The Twilight Zone marathon on the SciFi channel.
The ball dropped in Times Square?
I missed it because "Time Enough at Last" followed by "Two" were being shown.
Then because I had napped on the couch (honestly through most of "Time Enough" and then the first part of "Two") I couldn't get back to sleep so I continued to watch The Twilight Zone until about 3:00 in the morning on New Year's Day.
Of course now I want to have the entire set.
Anyone got a spare $185 sitting around?
DN2 was adverse to watching the show but she soon became hooked although she did escape from the house for a while in the afternoon.
She's fortunate, though, to have a mother who will sit in front of the television and record the episodes for her.
Lucky girl.

I would have enjoyed watching the marathon with you too. Maybe I should have done that instead of watching "The World's Biggest Man" and The World's Biggest Women on Discovery Channel. I had nightmares last night! My favorite Twilight Zone is when the old man makes his family wear the masks and then they end up looking like they deserve to look! Yikes!

I was watching back-to-back stand up with Kathy Griffin at that same time.

Did they show the one where the sun is burning up the earth, but the twist is that its really the dream of a person who is burning up with a fever while the earth is actually freezing up?
