No, it's a really cool thing. Jury duty is the great American way. Just practice your poker face, knit in your spare time (but they probably won't let you bring the knitting needles into the courtroom) and make them throw the case out or plea bargain beforehand because they can't read your inpenetrable face. Hahahaha.

As a lawyer, I must thank you. As a regular person, I understand completely. I'd love to have compulsory time off.
