Hey, why is my street blocked off?
Oh, I see...a parade. I love parades! You get to see firetrucks and horses and marching bands...
and singing bands....
and college students representing...
and old cars...
and clowns -- oh wait, that's a clown and DN2, who definitely has plenty of beads.
Oh drat, now the parade is over...
That's okay, because spring is officially here. How do I know? Just look at the water level in the canal -- this is a sure sign of spring.

Hey - I recognize that canal. That's the Erie Canal. It looks like a fun parade.
Looks like you have the whole skater group over. Do you have ramps in your back yard or something?
And as for the books, my kids carry bunches around with them too. They could be carrying worse things.
